That tornado that did all of the damage last week touched down not far from here. They have one of the homeowners on the news. I need a new Dishwasher. Mine quit on me for a little while but then as things seem to do from time to time in this house it suddenly started working again. You know if I don't make some money soon I'm going to be job hunting. I am making money but not what I need to be making. Its the season for giving. If you are able to give you should give. If we were all a little less selfish this world would be a better place. You know, the rich giving more to the poor. Playing around with images can be a lot of fun. ones of these days I want to get that photoshop program and learn how to use it, but until then I have to be content with anything I can use online for free. One things I love about my husbands new job is its employee benefit package. Its nice to have one of us in the house that has health insurance and life insurance again. I Love Jewlery

I love jewelry. I can't even begin to tell you how much I love jewelry. I can't afford the real stuff so I get the fake stuff. I usually buy it at garage sales because I am way to cheap to buy it new. I do have some real jewelery though. I have a diamond and sapphire ring that my husband gave me and of course my wedding ring. I used to have an Opal ring but I lost it a long time ago. My favorite precious stone is opal though. More more color and fire in the stone the more I love it. I also love black opals. I have never owned a black opal but I do love them. I didn't manage to get it through the head I of either man I married how much I love Opal's. One of them bought me an Emerald and Diamond ring and the other one bought me the sapphire and diamond ring. Unlike most women I have no desire for things like solitaire diamond pendants. They just don't appeal to me.

I love Christmas jewelry. I have a brooch, a shiny green Enamel one and a pair of rhinestone earrings that look like presents. I'd like to have more but I don't find much of it at garage sales.

I shop at online jewelry stores a lot. I will fill up my shopping cart with all of the things I would buy if I won the lottery and see jut how much I would spend if I bought everything. Canadian Art Gallery

I love art. I love to look at different things people have painted and try to figure out what inspired it. I'm probably not very good at it. I don't know because I always do my viewing online and I never talk to the artist. The only art galleries we have in the town I live in are only interested in selling prints and framing and matting pictures for ladies to much money to spend on them. I had one matted and framed at one of them once. I spent 2oo dollars to get it done and I saved my money for months to do that. Its the only expensive print hanging in my home.

Galerie d’art Michel Bigué is a Canadian Art gallery featuring the work of Canadian Artists and Canadian Masters. You can log into there websites and look at the different paintings they have displayed.

There were a number of paintings that I like and some of those were done by Artist Diane Brouillette. She painted several still life's, mostly of fruit but against rustic backgrounds that made me think of home. There was also a painting called La sapinière Courteau, Jean-Louis which is a winter landscape of forest with very tall thin trees. The way they grow when there crowded, tall but not wide. Teodora Pica also painted some really beautiful paintings. I love the way she uses the color red in her paintings, especially in the one called Tulipes rouges.

Ionly liked one of the paintings listd under masters and it was the one called Près du séminaire, Québec painted by Robert Pilot. It made me think of looking down hill into a small town but the glass I was looking through was wet.

I don't have the means to own original art, but if I did I would be doing some shopping here.

I can remember when I worked at Wells Fargo there was a period of time we were able to access the internet through the Bank Foreclosures website. At the time the majority of them were hurricane Katrina homes. It was really sad to see that so many peoples insurance companies jerked them around for so long that they ended up having their homes foreclosed on. Dennis' church placed a lot of people in some apartments for rent around town. They were free. I'
m not sure for how long but I guess so many of them lost there cars they couldn't exactly gout and get jobs right away. If they had called us though we could have worked something out, we did it for everyone else.

There are lots and lots of people and organizations in our culture who are trying extremely hard to make sure that Drug Addiction is NOT seen as a disease or as the result of genetic or biological predisposition. My step son used to play soccer. He wasn't very good at it and didn't really have a chance to practice any. After all we live on the side of a mountain, its not exactly great for playing ball on. Not only to they seem to resist wear and tear but they seem to resist staining too. For some reason when I buy cheap new clothes they seem to get ruined by stains in no time at all but thats not the case with the expensive stuff.

Some designer clothing you see is down right strange. I saw some on Tobi.com that was really strange. It was called rag and bone and everything look uncomfortably tight and either to short or to long and . . . You know if I wanted to look like that I don’t have to spend 200 dollars an item to do it. I can't imagine why anyone would pay 200 dollars to wear something that looks like that. Probably someone like my 13 year old son that thinks he's making a statement.

Out of all of the several, several name brands Tobi’s.com has to over I liked Velvet clothing the best. When I say Velvet clothes I don’t mean there made out of Velvet I mean that Velvet is the name brand. Its called Velvet Apparel. The blouses all have low necklines (I can’t stand to have anything up near my throat, not even t shirts) and they look like there made out of nice comfortable breathable stretchy fabric. Many of them are loose, flowing and ruffly, just how I like them. Some of the colors are rich and vibrant and many others are soft and suitable neutrals like gray, white, black, and so on.

This morning I heard on the radio that a Little rock police officer crashed his police cruiser while sending a text message. A few minutes ago I read another article that said Pizza places are beginning to take orders via text messages. Now they have this new cellphone out. I think its the Iphone but I'm not sure. It has a built in keyboard on it to make text messaging easier. with the keyboard people don't have to put all of that effort into punching the little bitty cell phone buttons with there thumb to type something out. They can just use the keyboard.

Text messaging has also become an excellent way to advertise. The reason for this is a person has to open the text message so they can find out who sent it before they delete it unlike regular types of advertising that can simply be fast forwarded through, thrown away, or deleted without ever being read.

This sort of stuff blows me away. I mean to our Youth that grew up with computers this might not seem like such a big deal but in my day we had pen pals and the phone attached to a wall and snail mail were the most common forms of communication (other than by word of mouth). I for one can't send a text message and even though I am a business owner i wouldn't have a clue as to how to set up any type of mobile marketing.

I would really really love to have plastic surgery done. I'm not a big girl and I don't have a lot of saggy skin yet. I would like to have liposuction done in my waist and butt. Oh how I would love to have a new car. Mine is so ugly. It runs like a champ but I have put the outside and the interior through hell and back. I'm just really rough on cars. Thats all there is to it.

I once saw a popular TV series in which the stars of the show were traveling to there destination by private jet charter. i love to burn scented candles. Not just because they make a room smell good either, but because there is something so wonderful and tranquil about candle light. I finished tamping the row i laid in place last week this weekend and started the next row today. I spent an hour this morning laying the two rows of barbed wire down. Bear swore up and down it could not be done all on one piece. He was wrong. I did it this morning. My thumbs sure are sore though. I think maybe it had something to do with me pushing the little spikes down into the bags to help them stay better.

When I started the row last Sunday I discovered that my bucket was full of dirt and had been rained on and filled with water also. There was 2 inches of water sitting on top of the mud in the bottem. So I poured off the water amd poured the runny mud into a bag and put dry dirt into what ever that didn't fill up. I tamped just about the whole circle by Sunday but it rained a little bit Sunday and I decided to re tamp everything after it rained because it tamps better when its wet. I had completely forgot about that that. When that iron tamper hit it it didn't make the thudding sound a bag would usually make, or the splash it made when it was still wet. It made a ""clank"" sound, like metal hitting metal.

I have a new row started. I lay 15 bags this afternoon and I have plans to lay 15 more tomorrow. I'm skipping the spots where the forms for the

When I was a teenager I had pen pals. This was back before i knew anything like the internet even existed. I had a pen pal in new York that talked about talking to people on a computer but really didn't understand how he did it.
